Swadhyaya (the chanting of sacred texts)
Sri Guru Gita:
This ancient sacred text, The Song of the Guru, is chanted in Siddha Yoga ashrams around the world.
You are warmly invited to join with the community on Sunday mornings to chant :
Sri Guru Gita -
Sundays 8.00am.
Shiva Mahimna Strotram:
This beautiful Hymn to the Glory of Shiva is chanted on the first Tuesday of the month. It is followed by Namasankirtana (a fast chant) and a period of meditation. 1st Tuesday in the Month.
Family and Children’s Events
Satsang for children aged 0 to 12 and their parents. We explore the teachings and practices with stories, art and games. (First Sunday in the month).
Teens Satsangs
The last Friday of each month, the Teens support each other in the study and practice of Siddha Yoga philosophy and culture, in a fun and inspiring atmosphere.
