
Meditation is a simple, natural and invaluable skill that gives us access
to our own inner wisdom and innate joy. Meditation has the power to transform
our experience of who we are.
In this course, we learn the fundamental building blocks and techniques
for establishing an effective practice, such as correct posture, breathing
and mantra repetition. We also learn about shaktipat, the highly significant
awakening of our own meditation energy, and the ongoing unfoldment of
our spiritual journey that this initiates. (Prior registration advised.)
*Young People aged 1321 yrs and full-time
students up to age 24.
